Nos138 exists with one clear goal — to deliver the most enjoyable, safest, and most rewarding gaming experience to every player in Malaysia. From Slot Games and Sports Betting to bingo, Fish Shooting Games, and a fast withdrawal system, nos138 puts players first in every decision we make.
Nos138 began operations in 2019 with a simple but meaningful vision — to become the most loved online casino platform among Malaysian players. At the time, Malaysia's online gaming industry was dominated by foreign platforms that didn't understand the real needs, habits, and preferences of local users. Confusing interfaces, payment methods incompatible with Malaysia's banking system, and slow customer support were common frustrations among players.
The nos138 founding team — with backgrounds in financial technology, user experience design, and the digital entertainment industry — decided to build something different. A platform that truly understands the Malaysian context. From language options and payment methods integrated with FPX and local digital wallets, to the types of games most popular with Malaysian players — everything was planned carefully before a single line of code was written.
The result is nos138 as you know it today — a platform that not only offers a wide and varied game selection, but also ensures every part of the experience, from registration and deposits to gameplay and withdrawals, runs smoothly and enjoyably.
Nos138's mission has never changed since day one — to provide a fair, safe, and fun gaming environment for every player. "Fair" means every game uses a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring no one can manipulate the outcome. "Safe" means the nos138 security infrastructure uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and a real-time fraud monitoring system to protect your account and funds. "Fun" means we continuously update our game catalogue with the latest titles from the world's leading game providers.
Nos138 is more than a gaming platform — it's a community. We understand that Malaysian players have their own preferences, and we continuously listen to community feedback to keep improving. Every update you see on nos138, every new game added, every payment system enhancement — all of it comes from real feedback from players like you.
License & Compliance: nos138 operates under a recognised international licensing framework, ensuring all operations comply with strict online gaming industry standards.
Independent Audit: All nos138 games are regularly audited by independent certification bodies to ensure fairness and transparency in game outcomes for all players.

Every decision we make at nos138 is guided by these three core values — not just as a slogan, but as operating principles we uphold every day.
Nos138 believes the relationship between a platform and its players must be built on honesty. All bonus terms, withdrawal policies, game return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and wagering limits are openly disclosed. No hidden conditions, no sudden changes without notice — we are always transparent with our players.
Every improvement at nos138 starts with one question: does this help the player? From interface design and loading speed to the types of promotions offered — decisions are made based on what's best for our player community, not short-term business interests.
The online gaming industry moves fast, and nos138 is committed to staying ahead. Our technology team works continuously to improve platform performance, system security, and user experience — making sure nos138 today is better than yesterday, and nos138 tomorrow is better than today.
At nos138, we believe gaming should be a source of entertainment and fun — not stress or problems. That's why nos138 invests seriously in a comprehensive responsible gaming program to ensure all players can enjoy a healthy and controlled playing experience.
We provide a range of self-control tools accessible directly from your account — including daily deposit limits, weekly wagering limits, session time limits, and a self-exclusion option for players who need a break from gaming. All tools can be activated in under two minutes through the Account Settings section.
Nos138 also employs a proactive detection system that identifies gaming patterns which may indicate signs of problem gambling. When such patterns are detected, our support team will proactively reach out to the player to offer assistance and information about available support resources.
We also enforce a strict minimum age policy — nos138 is for players aged 18 and above only. Our KYC process is not just for financial security; it also serves as a consistent mechanism to enforce this minimum age requirement.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your gaming spending comfortably within budget.
Set session time limits and receive automatic reminders when you've been playing longer than planned.
Choose to pause your account for 24 hours, a week, a month, or longer — the pause option can be activated instantly at any time.
A permanent self-exclusion option is available for players who need a long-term gaming ban for their personal wellbeing.
